Ticket Conditions

Condition of Entry to Americas, Softball - Qualification Event for the Games of the XXXII Olympiad Tokyo 2020

Spectators are bound by the conditions of ticket sales and terms of admission published by the WBSC Americas Softball Olympic Qualifier (displayed at Softball City and on www.americassoftballqualifier.com) which include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • All ticket prices include all applicable taxes and are in Canadian dollars. All ticket sales are final.
  • Children twelve years of age and under are admitted free.
  • Gates open each day 1-hour prior to the first scheduled game of the day.
  • Teams, times and schedule subject to change without notice.
  • NO PETS are allowed at Softball City during the WBSC Americas Softball Olympic Qualifier.
  • NO COOLERS are allowed at Softball City.
  • Folding chairs are NOT permitted at Softball City
  • All spectators must have a valid ticket to enter a venue, except children twelve years of age and under.
  • RAIN DELAY: WBSC Americas Softball Olympic Qualifier has committed to a 24 hour clock in the case of inclement weather. We reserve the right to re-schedule games, out of the originally posted order.
  • In the event of a rain delay or re-scheduled games, refunds will not be issued at any venue.
  • No replacement tickets or refunds will be issued.
  • The WBSC Americas Softball Olympic Qualifier is not responsible for lost, stolen, forgotten, defaced or destroyed tickets.
  • Tickets may not be resold or traded.
  • Tickets obtained from unofficial sources, and tickets that may be lost, stolen or counterfeit, will not be honoured for admission.
  • Tickets may not be used for political, advertising or other promotional purposes (including prizes, contests or sweepstakes not licensed by WBSC Americas Softball Olympic Qualifier).
  • Except as required by law, spectators assume all risks and danger incidental to the event, whether occurring prior to, during or after the event, including, among other things, injuries caused by other spectators.
  • Spectators assume all risks of property loss, except as required by law.
  • Prohibited items (items that are illegal in Canada), are not permitted at Softball City. This includes items such as knives, certain drugs, firearms and certain chemicals, that a person carries without a reasonable excuse. Police may take further action if a person tries to bring such items into a venue, or otherwise fails to observe ticket conditions when in the venue.
  • All spectators are subject to an inspection for restricted and prohibited items. Persons refusing inspection may be denied entry.
  • Spectators cannot use images of the WBSC Americas Softball Olympic Qualifier obtained with cameras, video and/or audio devices or other means for commercial purposes under any circumstances.
  • Spectators should note that the WBSC Americas Softball Olympic Qualifier and third parties authorized by them might use photographs, film, tape or other images or likenesses of spectators without compensation.
  • WBSC Americas Softball Olympic Qualifier reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any spectator who fails to comply with these rules or is disruptive to the event or the enjoyment, comfort or safety of other spectators. Tickets will not be refunded.
